What load capacity do the steel stacking containers have?

The standard ranges M/11, RC/30 and RCA/30 carry 2,000 kg with a stack load up to 6,500 kg. The M/11GL for hot goods is rated for 3,000 kg load and up to 16,000 kg stack load.

Are the containers stackable, crane- and forklift-friendly?

Yes. All ranges are stackable, can be rotated 360° with a rotating forklift and are crane-liftable with a traverse.

Which surfaces and colours are available?

Single-coat synthetic resin paint in RAL 7005 grey or RAL 6011 green, hot-dip galvanizing to DIN EN ISO 1461, plus powder coating and special colours on request.

Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes. Custom sizes, reinforced wall thickness (wall up to 5 mm, base up to 7 mm), oil-tight or perforated versions and customer-specific variants are manufactured on request.

Our most requested stacking container made of special profile with a particularly stable rim.

Sizes 1000×800 to 1200×1000 mm, fill height 500 or 1000 mm.
Load 2,000 kg, stack load 6,500 kg.
Standard wall 2 mm / base 3 mm – reinforced up to wall 5 mm / base 7 mm.

M/11GL – for hot goods

Perforated version for better heat dissipation – for hot parts from forging and foundry.

Sizes 1000×800 to 1200×1000 mm.
Load 3,000 kg, stack load up to 16,000 kg.
Standard wall 4.5 mm / base 5 mm, raw black finish.

RC/30 – truck-optimised

Stacking container with truck-friendly dimensions and roller-conveyor capability.

Sizes 1000×800 to 1600×1200 mm, fill height up to 820 mm.
Load 2,000 kg, stack load 6,500 kg.
Roller-conveyor capable and 360° rotatable.

RCA/30 – oil-tight

Oil- and watertight version with drain tap and screen – separates chips and coolant.
